Returns & Refunds policy

At Chatping Inc., we take pride in offering custom-built AI chatbots specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of your business. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

1. Custom AI Chatbot Development

  • Each AI chatbot is meticulously designed and developed according to the specific requirements of your business. Once the development process begins, significant resources are allocated, including time, expertise, and technology.

  • Once a chatbot is built and charges have been made, no refunds will be issued. This includes both one-time development fees and recurring subscription charges.

2. Subscription Fees

  • We charge a monthly recurring subscription fee for the continued use and maintenance of the AI chatbots. These fees are non-refundable.

  • You may choose to cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any remaining days within the current billing cycle.

3. No Returns

  • Since our product is a digital, custom-built service that is tailored specifically for your business, returns are not applicable. Once the AI chatbot has been deployed and/or delivered, it cannot be returned.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the AI chatbot will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. However, no refunds or credits will be provided for unused days within the billing cycle.

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 10 business days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • Please be advised that upon cancellation of your subscription, your custom-built AI chatbot will be permanently deleted from our system within an unspecified time frame. Once deleted, the chatbot and any associated data cannot be recovered. Should you choose to reactivate your subscription after the chatbot has been deleted, a new one-time development fee will apply for the creation of a replacement AI chatbot.

5. Disputes and Inquiries

If you believe there has been an error with your billing or subscription, please contact us at info@chatping.ai, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, please note that refunds will not be granted under any circumstances, as outlined in this policy.

6. Acceptance of This Policy

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Returns and Refunds Policy. You understand and accept that no refunds will be issued for any reason.
